Why am I writing in English? English is not my native language. I live in Ukraine and speak Russian mostly. But there are much more good English-speaking sites about scale models than Russian-speaking one. Also, the best way to learn foreign language - use it. So, any comments about my English are welcome.

Hi All.

I remember when I was a kid there was a scale model of a ship in my home. I'm even rememer it's name - "Brigantine" (which in fact is not a name, but type). It was made by my big brother and I was not allowed to play with it. This is my very first recollection related to scale models. Later, making scale models become my hobby. And later I grew up and found another hobbies. Now I have a kid, which makes me a kid a little bit. And I'm interested in scale models again.

I'm not making scale models (yet), I'll post here cool pictures of scale models or links to interesting articles and who knows what else...
